• Sync looks stale? Settings → Re-sync now. The mirror also self-heals every 15 minutes.
• Made a bulk change you regret? Bulk Operations → Recent runs → Rollback (available for 30 days, configurable in Settings).
• Scores look wrong? Check Scoring Rules - weights are fully editable - then hit Save & re-score.
• Revenue impact shows £0? It's based on your last 90 days of orders; new installs backfill automatically within an hour.
