ProductIQ scores every product in your catalogue, ranks the problems by how much revenue fixing them is likely to recover, and lets you fix them in bulk - always with a preview first and a rollback afterwards. This guide walks through each screen.

Dashboard

Your catalogue's average health score out of 10, the split of products across score tiers, and the top issues ranked by estimated monthly revenue impact (based on your last 90 days of orders). Click any issue to jump to the affected products.

Catalogue

• Search and filter by brand, category, score tier, specific issue, missing field, stock and visibility. Filters combine.
• Tick products to act on them, or tick the header box and choose Select all matching products to carry the whole filtered set (not just the visible page) into a bulk operation or export.
• Export CSV respects your current filters, so you can export exactly the slice you're working on.

Product editor

Open any product to edit its content, SEO fields, pricing, stock, images and custom fields. The score panel updates live as you type, so you can see exactly which change lifts the score before you save. Saves write straight to BigCommerce and are recorded in the audit trail.

Categories

The full category tree with product counts and health badges (missing descriptions, missing meta, empty categories). Edit category content, move categories within their tree, and export or import category data as CSV.

Bulk Operations

• Pick an operation (find & replace, set field, append, clear and more), a field, and a scope: whole catalogue, a brand, a category, a CSV of IDs, your current selection or your catalogue filter.
• Preview is mandatory. Every run shows a before/after diff of exactly what will change - and only products that would actually change are included. Nothing is written until you commit.
• Rollback. Every committed run can be reversed for 30 days (configurable in Settings) from Recent runs. The rollback restores the exact before values from the preview.
• Runs are processed in the background, so you can leave the page; you'll get an email when a run finishes if notifications are on.

CSV export and import

• Export from the Catalogue or Categories screens; the file includes IDs, all editable fields, scores and issues.
• Import the edited file back and ProductIQ turns it into a bulk operation with the same preview, commit and rollback flow.
• Rows match by ID when present, otherwise by name (categories also match by full "Parent > Child" path). Empty cells never overwrite existing data. Per-row problems are reported without blocking the rest of the file.

Scoring Rules

Every rule that makes up the score is listed with its weight. Adjust weights, disable rules that don't apply to your business, then Save & re-score to apply across the catalogue. Scores are out of 10, banded into Poor, Fair, Good and Great tiers.

Audit

Every change made through ProductIQ - editor saves, bulk runs, imports, rollbacks - with who, what, when and the before/after values. Filterable by user, type and date.

Settings

• Sync: last sync times and a manual re-sync button.
• Notifications: weekly digest, score-drop alerts and bulk-run completion emails.
• Rollback window: 1 to 90 days (default 30).
• Billing: your plan, usage against its product limit, and upgrade options.
